(…) I recommend this training to executives or managers of any business organization, whether small, medium or large.Three hours of training is very little time invested, when you consider the pitfalls and problems that a poorly drafted agreement can cause.Of course, I do not feel like I have learned everything in this course, far from it, but the seminar made me realize the necessity of using proper language and the importance of respecting the appropriate sequence of events during the drafting of a contract, in order for it to be effective.I also learned that the more words you use, the higher the risk that a word can be misused.Although I was the only one who was not a lawyer in this workshop, I felt very comfortable.
